We hope you are happy with your order, however if you are any way unsatisfied with your purchase you can return your item for a refund or credit note within 14 days of receiving your order.
1 — Post your return using your own courier using a trackable service in-case of any loss or damage in transit to:

All returns should be sent back with tags attached and footwear within the included Ssōne shoe box. Please ensure when returning footwear that the Ssōne shoe box is protected using the carton provided.
— Returns will only be accepted unworn and in their original condition.
— Please try shoes only on a clean and carpeted surface so that the soles remain unmarked.
— Any returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without the original box may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.
— We ensure all orders are fully checked before leaving our warehouse, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item please contact us immediately at email@example.com
— We are always looking at ways to decrease returns with a view to reducing the carbon footprint of our garments. To support this, we have decided not to offer a free returns service and to instead increase the information provided about the product. If there is anything else you would like to know about our products that you cannot find on our site, please contact our friendly customer service team, we are happy to help and love hearing your feedback.
Your refund will be credited back to the original payment card and we will notify you by email as soon as your return has been received and processed. Kindly allow up to 5 working days for funds to clear in your account, depending on your card issuer.
Please note that we are unable to refund original shipping charges or any duties and taxes.
