Ssōne is thrilled to announce our collaboration with Claire de Rouen, launching an exclusive project - 'Claire de Rouen Seconds'.

The collaboration gives a new life to carefully curated second hand books, chosen by Lucy Kumara Moore (Director of Claire de Rouen) and re-covered by hand using offcuts sourced from our previous collections as part of Ssōne's zero waste initiative.

This special library explores pregnancy, birth, the family and motherhood as well as particular themes that Moore remembers featuring in her own childhood, such as Persian poetry, feminism and ecology.

These unique books are available now online, and can be shipped or collected (with click and collect) from our Chiltern Street store.
